Account & Registration

Registering at JiliJoy is quick and free. Go to jilijoy.best/register, fill in your name, email address, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and choose a username and password. Verify your mobile number via OTP, complete the quick KYC identity check using a valid Philippine government ID, and your account is ready to use. The whole process takes less than five minutes.

You must be at least 21 years old to create a JiliJoy account and play real-money games, in line with Philippine gaming regulations set by PAGCOR. Every new account goes through KYC age verification before deposits and gameplay are enabled. Accounts found to belong to minors are permanently closed and funds returned.

No. JiliJoy allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being suspended and any bonus winnings forfeited. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset function on the login page.

JiliJoy accepts any valid Philippine government-issued ID for KYC — your National ID (PhilSys), passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, PhilHealth ID, or PRC ID. Upload a clear photo or scan of your ID in your account settings. Verification is usually completed within 15–30 minutes during business hours.

Log in to your JiliJoy account and go to Account Settings. Under Personal Details, you can update your email or mobile number. Both changes require OTP verification on the new contact before they take effect. If you've already lost access to your old contact details, reach out to our support team at support@jilijoy.best with your government ID for manual assistance.
Deposits

JiliJoy supports all major Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, and internet banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards are also accepted. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

The minimum deposit at JiliJoy is ₱100. This applies to all supported payment methods including GCash and Maya. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may require additional identity verification to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

GCash and Maya deposits at JiliJoy are typically credited within 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay are usually credited within 15 minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. If your deposit hasn't reflected after 30 minutes, contact JiliJoy support with your transaction reference number for immediate assistance.

JiliJoy does not charge any deposit fees on our end. However, your payment provider (such as GCash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside JiliJoy's control. We recommend checking with your payment provider beforehand if you're unsure about their fee structure.
Withdrawals

Log in to your JiliJoy account and go to the Cashier or Withdrawal section. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, etc.), enter the amount you want to cash out, and confirm the request. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before submitting your first withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process cashouts.

Most JiliJoy withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during business hours. Bank transfers typically take 1–3 banking days depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests submitted over weekends or Philippine holidays may take an additional day. JiliJoy aims to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible.

The minimum withdrawal amount at JiliJoy is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional processing time or documentation in line with our compliance procedures.

Common reasons for a declined JiliJoy withdrawal include: incomplete KYC verification, an outstanding wagering requirement on bonus funds, a withdrawal amount that exceeds your available balance, or a payment detail mismatch (e.g., your GCash number doesn't match your registered name). Check your account for any pending requirements and contact support if the issue persists.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough requirement) means you need to bet a total amount equal to a multiple of the bonus before those funds become withdrawable. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling ₱5,000 before the bonus is converted to withdrawable cash. Your JiliJoy account dashboard shows your real-time wagering progress.

After registering, you get a unique JiliJoy referral link in your account dashboard under Refer a Friend. Share your link with your mga kaibigan. When they register using your link and make their first qualifying deposit, you earn a referral bonus credited to your JiliJoy account. Responsible Gaming

Log in to your JiliJoy account and go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion. Choose your exclusion period — from 24 hours to permanent. Confirm via OTP. Your account will be restricted from deposits and real-money gameplay for the chosen period. JiliJoy will not send you promotional messages during self-exclusion. Permanent exclusion is maintained for a minimum of five years.

Your remaining balance is held safely by JiliJoy. For temporary exclusions, it will be available when your exclusion period ends. For permanent self-exclusions, JiliJoy will process a withdrawal of your available balance to your registered Philippine payment method (GCash, Maya, or bank account) within 5–7 banking days of the exclusion being confirmed.
